With over a decade of experience in healthcare and mental health, my mission is to serve as a vessel for healing, whether through clinical therapy, professional consulting, or ministry."

Clinical Leadership: Founder of Alpine’s Empowerment Agency, a multi-state practice named in honor of my late grandmother. I specialize in trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions, leading a team of clinicians across NC, MO, CO, IL, and SC.
Speaking & Ministry: A speaker and event host sharing empowering messages rooted in biblical principles. I help audiences navigate the path from emotional distress to spiritual freedom.
Author & Consultant: Author of Shifting Your Mindset and Free From Captivity. I leverage my experience as a 'generational curse breaker' to consult on publishing and help others share their transformative stories.

My work is driven by my own childhood experiences and a deep passion for advocacy. I believe in self-empowerment and the power of the Gospel to change lives. When I’m not in the office or on stage, I am a dedicated wife and mother, and a philanthropist committed to uplifting both youth and seniors in my community.
